Thanksgiving Food Drive for Matthews Hope
This Thanksgiving season, Crossline Community Church is partnering with Matthew’s Hope to help stock their Food Pantry, which serves individuals and families in need throughout Orange County.
We would love for our Crossline family to come together and help make a difference! Whether you donate a few items or fill a grocery bag, every contribution is a blessing to someone in need.
📅 Collection Dates: Sunday, October 25 – Sunday, November 15
We will begin collecting donations on Sunday, October 25, and continue through Sunday, November 15. You can bring your donations anytime during these three weeks!
🥫 Food Pantry Items Needed
Matthew’s Hope is especially in need of single-serving, nonperishable food items, including:
- Easy Meals: Ramen noodles, single-serve mac & cheese, chili, hearty broth-based soups, rice, chicken & vegetables, pork & beans, and Beanie Weenies
- Canned Foods: Single-serve SPAM, vegetables, fruit, and tuna in water
- Breakfast & Snacks: Instant oatmeal packets, peanut butter or cheese crackers, breakfast bars, fruit bars, and granola bars
- Drinks & Nutrition: Ensure protein drinks, shelf-stable milk, single-serve Gatorade powder, and instant coffee
🧡 How You Can Help
Simply pick up a few extra items during your next grocery trip and bring them to Crossline!
You can drop off your donations at either location from October 25 through November 15:
- Sunday Mornings: Bring your donations with you to church during either service.
- Monday–Thursday: Drop off your donations at the Crossline Fieldhouse.
All donations will be delivered to Matthew’s Hope to help provide food and encouragement to those facing difficult circumstances.
At Crossline, we believe that loving our neighbors means putting our faith into action. This is a simple but meaningful way for us to come alongside those in our community who need a little extra help.
